Application and Enrollment Process

Enrolling at Ignite Learning Academy is simple and quick!
During this process, we start the important task of getting to know your student. This is where we first learn your reason for choosing our school; perhaps your child's needs weren't met in their previous school, your family travels frequently and you need a school to 'move' with you, or you simply want to be more involved in your child's education. Whatever your reason, we are glad you're here and we can't wait to get to know you!
STEP 1
Complete Application Packet
Completing an application lets us know you plan to attend ILA now, or sometime in the future. Part of the application process will be to submit required documents. In order to enroll students, you must provide the following: Birth Certificate or proof of guardianship, the most recent school report card/ transcript, and an IEP/504 Plan (if applicable).
STEP 2
Complete Enrollment Packet
Completing the enrollment packet will allow you to provide additional information on your student and family as well as confirm your agreement to our policies. You will also select your payment plan during this process.
STEP 3
Complete Placement Test
All students will complete a placement test to ensure they are correctly assigned to courses that align with their skill level and learning requirements.
Step 2 and step 3 may be flipped depending on the time of year and number of spaces we have open for students in the desired program.
STEP 4
Account Creation/ Course Placement
ILA staff will create student accounts needed for course access.
Once the placement test is finished, we will review it and assign students to appropriate courses.
