Ignite Learning Academy (ILA) offers an SMS messaging program called Ignite Learning Academy Messaging. These terms explain how the program works, how you can join or leave, and what to expect when you receive text messages from us. By opting in, you agree to the terms below.
Program Description
Ignite Learning Academy Messaging sends text messages to prospective families, current families, and students who have given us permission to contact them by SMS. Messages may include:
- Admissions and enrollment updates
- Application status and document reminders
- School announcements and event information
- Responses to inquiries you've submitted
- Tuition, scholarship, and ESA-related notifications

How to Opt In
You can join Ignite Learning Academy Messaging by:
- Checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website
- Providing verbal or written consent to an ILA staff member
- Replying with a confirmation keyword to a message we send
You must be the account holder or have authorization from the account holder for the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of enrollment, admission, or any purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with ILA. You may receive messages in response to inquiries, during the admissions process, or as part of ongoing school communications. Frequency depends on the nature of your engagement with the school.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges for sending and receiving text messages are determined by your wireless carrier. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we'll send one final confirmation message letting you know you've been unsubscribed. You will not receive further SMS messages from Ignite Learning Academy Messaging unless you opt in again.

Ignite Learning Academy Messaging is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and the technical limitations of your device.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Mobile information, including your phone number and consent to receive SMS, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you share with us during the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Categories of data we may collect through the SMS program include your name, mobile phone number, the content of messages you send us, and your opt-in and opt-out history.
